Purchased a 2021 BMW Certified X1 and paid a premium vs the market to have the peace of mind that certified by BMW means we are not going to be short-changed. BMW UK doesn't really care what their dealers do and just bounce complaints back to the dealers - really quite disappointed with BMW.
